We offer Worldwide Shipping to most countries, leveraging both our domestic and overseas warehouses to ensure fast transit.
✨ Free Shipping Promotion
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200 USD globally (excluding certain remote regions). For orders under $200 USD, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Exclusions & Remote Areas
While we deliver globally, we unfortunately cannot ship to extremely remote island territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain restricted regions. If your shipping address is deemed a remote area by international carriers, additional shipping charges may apply, or we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Joyeauto is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), unless specific promotional terms or import/tax inclusions are specified by us during checkout.
Depending on the shipping destination, order volume, and specific customs practices, we may evaluate tax assistance on a case-by-case basis. Please consult your local customs regulations for detailed import rules.
